From start to finish the buying experience has been fun and pleasurable. We purchased a 3 year old Eriba Nova 470GL and having owned 5 caravans before, it must be said the quality is fabulous. Everything throughout the van is of the highest quality, and the bathroom…. it’s like being in a high class hotel. But at least as important is how well we were treated by the whole team at ALV. Michael made us feel like VIPs and on the handover day Ernie took the time to ensure we fully understood the operational aspects along with many valuable tips.

I dropped in to Adventure Leisure Vehicles on the off chance they could help me with a leisure battery problem on my Hymer Motorhome. Mike, the Service Manager was outstanding, he went well above and beyond our expectations and confirmed we did have a serious problem. Fantastic experience from initial enquiry to collection. Michael and his wife Jo were extremely pleasant to deal with on our first visit to adventure leisure vehicles, with none of the usual sales patter. A relaxed, friendly chat about the caravan we were looking at over a coffee, and again on our second visit we were made equally as welcome. Upon collection we were shown the caravan equipment in extreme detail by the friendly technician with any questions answered. The complimentary night stay at the local campsite was a lovely way of trying out the new purchase and ensuring everything worked

This may be long winded and I hope you will read through to understand the exceptional character of this company. On Saturday afternoon we were on our way to start our holiday week in Wales , disaster struck when our caravan tow bar connection cable trailed and wore through losing all electrical connection to the caravan. We were at Tebay Junction and Adventure leisure Vehicles were not far away. We pulled in desperate and a bit disheartened realising that on a Saturday afternoon it would be difficult for any repair rescue. Just a short over due note to say how delighted Gilly and I are with the T@B 400.
We may all be locked down still but it hasn't stopped us getting away every weekend (to the garden) since you very kindly delivered it.
We're getting use to our new second home and looking forward to the day when we can hit the road. In the meantime we're getting some practise in for the May bank holiday 'Campout' in support of the NHS.
