Arranged an appointment in advance. Called the day prior to rearrange as I needed to be out by a certain time. I was told I could arrive 10mins earlier, no problem.
I did as was arranged, 10mins later I was still waiting. When I enquired when I would be seen the hairdresser was immediately defensive, spoke to me in a very condescending manner as though I was somehow being unreasonable. Had I not asked and arranged to arrive earlier I could understand her attitude but that was not the case. Do not go to this salon if you want a courteous, timely service.

I have been coming to Aruba for 7 years now, having tried lots of other places, but this is the one for me. Kevin is a great stylist, fabulous with colour and I always leave full of confidence. I use one pic taken of me in the salon (with all the products in the background) on my Facebook and Blog for my main pic, because my hair looks so good! They are great to chat to too.
