Fantastic service! Started using them recently to ship our Fit to Fly covid tests from our clinic and they are the best value we've found, extremely responsive to queries, informative about parcel journey updates, punctual and willing to call ahead to say they are on their way, flexible about last minute collections and super quick deliveries. Exactly what we need for these time sensitive tests, especially when other bigger companies are struggling to offer anything like this level of service. Can't say enough about Darren and his friendly, helpful drivers. 5-stars all around.
