Paul is very reliable, helpful and professional. Turns up as promised and gets the job done. Clearly explained the problem and the options. Would highly recommend. In our case, he also made calls to the boiler manufacturer on our behalf, explained the problem, arranged for a part and their guy to come out under warranty etc. All the stress removed for a tricky fault that 2 previous plumbers had failed to resolve.

I've used PH Plumbing twice now - once for replacement of kitchen taps and secondly for a boiler service - from this experience, they will be my 'go to' people. On another occasion, I was given free advice that helped me resolve my issue.

Professional, polite and knowledgeable. I called on the Sunday and by 2pm Monday my problem was fixed. He kept me informed of what he was doing, gave me some tips on how to avoid problems in the future and threw in some advice about an unrelated issue I was tackling myself.
