Zoe studied at Salford University where she gained a Bachelor of Science degree with honours in Podiatry. As well as helping with routine daily foot care for patients with chronic health conditions, (e.g Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis & MS), Zoe specialises in elderly/Dementia, mental & physical disabilities along with challenging behaviour.

The most common fungal infections of the skin are those which occur on the feet. Footwear creates the necessary conditions of moisture and warmth between the toes, and communal activity permits the spread of infection. Fungus is also capable of invading nails. In order to confirm a diagnosis and identify the type of fungus examination of nail and skin scrapings will be taken.

Athlete's Foot is contagious, although there are steps that you can take to help prevent the spread of infection.
