Services
From design to manufacturing, all Cavendish Upholstery furniture is produced onsite to ensure the heritage of the brand is maintained and protected for the future. All furniture is made here in Chorley, by hand, with excellent workmanship from our time served craftsmen and women. Cutting, sewing, upholstery, filling and packaging is done by hand, no mass production machines used here!
Working closely with our customers, we develop designs that meet their unique requirements. We pride ourselves on staying up to date with the very latest trend colours and designs in fabric and frame shapes. We are able to cater to a wide range of customers and all styles, from classic to modern, are handmade at Cavendish Upholstery.
Generally, it is recommended for all sofas to be professionally cleaned, preferably by a company that can come to your home so you don't need to remove the sofa cover. However, there are some things you can do at home to keep your sofa looking fresh and new, for years to come. If you do have a liquid spill, please use kitchen roll or similar to absorb the liquid by patting (not rubbing), use a lot and do it quickly.
Then the sofa is off for final checks to ensure that your customers get the very best from us. Packaged and sent off for delivery soon to be with its owners, making a house a home. Meanwhile our expert seamstresses have collected the fabric from cutting and are sewing them together, perfectly aligning patterns and fabrics to give the best finish possible.

Appalling customer service from Sofah (parent company is Cavendish) and the couriers they use Arrow XL.
Total lack of communication, Sofa's initially delayed due to fabric hold up.
The delivery system is totally chaotic with ArrowXL farming it out to a 3rd party who claim to have broken down after waiting in all day for the delivery.
No phone call, no text message to say the van has broken down, I have had to chase them all day.
No one gets back to you!
Get yourselves sorted out and keep the customer informed!
I still have no idea where my sofas are and when they will arrive and I don't think
