Based in the heart of the beautiful North East Scotland, about half way between Aberdeen & Inverness, Boogie Woogie offers you a great place to eat with a quirky gift shop and a fabulous area upstairs where ladies of all ages can spend lots of time browsing through our attractive range of clothing and jewellery.Local quine, Jane Macpherson opened Boogie in 2002 and it quickly developed into a popular & attractive watering hole on the A96.

You get a proper pot of tea with a pot of hot water so you get three cups from one sitting. Boogie Woogie has a great warm welcoming atmosphere. Lovely staff and reasonably priced food. Upstairs the gift shop has some lovely ladies and children's clothing and a great selection of gifts, many locally produced.

Really enjoyed the food at Boogie Woogie it was lovely. There staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Even managing to lend us some shin pads because my son was play against Keith ( he did score with them !!) had forgot his. Thank you very much x

When we were here before we had limited time and we were pushed because of the time service took. Nothing like that this time! The food was still fresh and tasted great. The coffee excellent. And service sharp and efficient, with staff being very pleasant. Normally I would not give 5 stars without first ensuring there is a fully accessible toilet etc., but on this occasion all else was good enough to tip me towards the top rating.

What a lovely place to stop for coffee or lunch, rich of beautiful local souvenirs, a cute selection of fashion and excellent food and cakes, especially the cheese & bacon scones! Best espresso in a long while! Can't wait to go back!
