Salmons Bros Ltd was initially established in 1965 as roofing contractors by brothers Bill and Syd Salmons. Ran from their homes it wasn't long before more prominent premises were required and in 1975 they rented a property in Waterside in Ely. This then became the base for the brothers business.
As the company grew, Bill appointed his son Michael Salmons to oversee the day to day site operations, and his daughter Tina Crane was recruited to manage the office.As the company expanded into the general building industry it grew out of the rented accommodation, and in 1986 they moved to Church Lane, Ely where they built their own office block and store yard.

For over 10 years we have been manufacturing bespoke high quality softwood and hardwood joinery products for both the domestic and commercial markets.

I cannot praise them enough. Derek was such a charming man from the moment he visited my home to look at what I wanted doing. He was very proffesional and priced for exactly what i needed doing. All the chaps that came to do the work were smartly dressed and vans were all sign written and clean. They arrived on time got the work done. They were courteous and made no mess whstsoever. What little debris there was they cleaned awsy immediately.
I am so happy with the workmanship of this company.
