I had a very bad experience with this cold hearted lady who's got no flexibility or understanding of people's life situation whatsoever. I had an initial call with her a few weeks ago and she sent me a quote that I was happy with so we scheduled in an appointment to get started. I had to reschedule 4 days in advance due to work commitments and we booked in a new appointment. A few hours earlier the same day that the new appointment was scheduled I had to cancel as my dog was very ill and I had to take him for an emergency surgery to the vet. Unfortunately I lost my beloved dog in a very horrible
