After being let down by other logistics companies, we switched to UCH Logistics, who have bent over backwards to help us out. Very reliable! Major plus point is being able to speak to someone over the telephone or get a quick response by call or email, they have fantastic customer service. Rarely have any issues but when I do they are dealt with quickly and efficently. - with any query. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable consistent logistics services. I CAN'T stress this enough!!

I had UCH deliver some goods for my business on behalf of another company.
The driver arrived on time and smart. A complete credit to his company, he went above and beyond the Call of Duty on this delivery. When i think of how wrong it could have gone on this high priority job, this driver made a big difference to to me and my business.

The Best in the Business
We have been dealing with UCH Logistics for many years, they have been doing all off our local & nationwide deliveries. The service is brilliant, if their are any issues with deliveries or collections they always inform my customers promptly and upgrade the service where possible to an AM or PM of our choice. The air freight industry is incredibly competitive and these guys offer the best rates but more importantly for my customers UCH are are reliable, honest, capable folks . Keep up the good work!

The true measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong and UCH have failed to impress in this area. As a small business I rely on my suppliers offering a reliable and responsive service. UCH have managed to 'lose' an expensive and time critical shipment and appear to have lost complete interest in trying to locate the pallet or offer any kind of feedback or assistance in locating the cargo - a poor show all round as I am left with unhappy clients and no information to pass onto them
