GOOD HONEST SERVICE and top of the range products. We were able to make an informed choice with the guidance of Amar narrowing down our requirements. He spent the time to ensure we ended up with a lawnmower right for our garden and we are totally pleased with our purchase; Mountfield battery powered Lawnmower. Money well spent.

Order placed in March - Now 25th June. Item never received. DPD lost the item first time round, took forever for Gayways to accept this. They claim another item was sent out but couldn't provide evidence or a tracking number so that never happened and requested a refund to a new card as the old one had expired and had closed the account. Gave new card details and they proceeded to refund to the old card. (The account isn't even open anymore) so still no product and still no money. Now reported to Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs!!

Just bought an Husqvarna 435 Chainsaw, along with some STIHL chain oil and pre-mixed fuel fuel from STIHL Motomix 5L. Got shown how to operate the chainsaw and the guys preped the machine for me. Was great as last time I used a chainsaw was many years ago. I shop here with confidence ! Great Help ! Great Staff!

Gayways collected my mower and returned it back within 2 weeks. Very happy with this timescale.
My Husqvarna lawn tractor was in desperate repair, as my previous local dealer in Watford was (a) quoting to much (b) delayed on parts (c) estimated me 8 weeks. Gayways collected, repaired and delivered within 2 weeks, and 50% less then what I had been quoted.

Seller caused bad reputation to stihl products - he sold to me chainsaw with fake chain, which is caused many problems and hard works, the chain tension many times burned out, many many times was need to repair the chainsaw. Once when the chain already broke, and I bought new one on ebay, just at that time I realized, these machine able to running slightly and have very good performance, just the seller gave to me with the machine a really/extremely bad chain (maybe he just wanted selling the original part on ebay and this is why he gave me a really rubbish quality chain with the machine - and
