They came to my house to change the hinge of my window, finally it was more expensive than they told me by phone, as they didn't include the taxes, so finally I had to pay 156£. As if that were not enough, they broke my stair railing, which has been left hanging and with holes in the wall, and they did not even offer to repair what they broke. So finally I ended with a fixed window and a broken stair railing. I sended a email to the company and they haven't even responded.

Fantastic service from Dial Glass and so quick. Called this morning as a hinge had broken on a kitchen window, all fixed by this pm and the window is now safe.
