I dont like the Paisley branch as I always feel unwelcome, not a nice atmosphere and needs a lot of customer contact training and new shop staff. So decided to use the Glasgow branch today and got caught in the middle of a manager dressing down staff for not following Covid guidelines, whilst he wasn't wearing a mask! He may have been right, but not in the shop in front of a customer. Very embarrassing. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and gave good advice.
