Booked a service for my caravan with Chris and tried to phone him from 8am as my caravan is in storage and I was off to bring it home as it would be easier to get to for him to do 10am when it was booked in for as past and gone thank you for wasting my time as it as cost me a day off work. what a load rubbish cms is no contact at all

Having used CMS for the last 5/6 years and been unimpressed by his customer service skills, I am now absolutely disgusted with him.
4 weeks ago I arranged for him to service our caravan yet again (only because it's still under warranty), and tried to contact him twice over the past 3 days to confirm that he was still coming today. Having driven through floods to get to the storage site for 8.30 this morning and waited for 20 minutes with no sight of him I called him and was given a message saying he's no longer in business! What a w****r!!
DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!!!!
