We eliminate the stress usually associated with the letting process and are on hand to guide you every step of the way, offering an efficient service for landlords and tenants alike. Indeed, landlords have come to rely on our experience, knowledge and expertise that extend well beyond the confines of the local market.
A holding deposit of 1 weeks rent which will be offset against the initial rental payment should the offer beaccepted. Once we have your holding deposit, current legislation stipulates that the necessary paperworkshould be completed within 15 days or such longer period as might be agreed. If at any time during thatextended period you decide not to proceed with the tenancy, then your holding deposit will be retained by ourcompany.
When preparing to let your property, it is useful to know exactly what Landlords have to pay for. Collect and hold the deposit as stakeholder and register with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme where. Contact Landlord and Tenant prior to the end of tenancy to discuss renewal or termination. Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors to a maximum of 500 without prior consent.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Jonathan, Scott and the rest of the team and can't really recommend them enough. They've been managing the flat that I'm living for about 4 years now and they've been there every time I needed them, always supportive, professional, knowleadgable, friendly, approachable, understanding and also taking the extra mile in many cases.
It's sad that I have to work with a different agency now and I will sure miss having them as the go to people for anything related to my flat but would gladly choose them again in the future.
