Who are we? Poly Postal Packaging is a UK manufacturer and supplier of plain and printed packaging, trading for over 11 years. Our manufacturing and large warehousing site is located in the historic cathedral City of Lincoln. Established for over 12 years and trading online since 2005, our staff and management personnel have amalgamated over 30 years experience of manufacturing and trading in packaging and postal supplies.

We focus fully on all customers' requirements and strive to fulfil all enquiries no matter how large or small. What do we do? We specialise in the manufacture of polythene packaging, including Postal Bags, Mailing Bags, Polybags, Garment Bags, Wicketted Bags, Blockheaded Bags and much more. Our core product lines, however are postal bags and mailing bags with over 15 million mailing bags kept in stock in various sizes and colours.

Biodegradable & Compostible Report

We recently introduced a new range of Natureplas compostable bags & biodegradable bags, made from Mater-Bi, a plant starch derived plastic. Mater-Bi bags are available in many styles, such as Shopping bags, Carrier bags, Food Packaging, Mailing envelopes Wheelie Bin Bags, Garden Sacks, and general bags.

Choosing the wrong box could lead to a whole lot of trouble, not least of all damaging your goods. The key is to choose wisely to ensure you present your products and company well and keep the costs down to a minimum by not 'over engineering' the packaging.

Cannot get hold of anyone to ask questions. The phone rings constantly until it cuts off then you try again they cut it off then it’s engaged for hours on end. No e mail address to contact, not that’s easy to find on the site anyway.

Strongly recommend to find an alternative supplier. The business delivers late and has no customer care contact out of hours in case of issues.
Seriously, if you need timely delivery do not trust what they say to you over the phone.

Ive been using then for many years and not keen on metric but they have helped me with sizes i brought smallest amount of each bag and they wrote size on 1 of each size so i could order correctly. very helpful

Not had the greatest experience. The latest order of mail bags I had were poor quality, the texture of them meant that labels didn't stay stuck to the mail bags. Even royal mail's signed for stickers kept coming off. A lot of parcels got lost, or got returned to me, and now i have to spend extra time adding tape to my address labels to ensure they stay attached. Also I have no idea why they put a box in a box for mailing? And when I specified I don't want free gifts sending they still send me rolls of tape that I don't use and then have to bin.

great product at a good price - next day delivery may seem a bit pricey but if like me you leave everything until the last minute the 3pm cut-off for next day delivery is an absolute godsend and there is a premium to pay for that level of service.
