Our horses, cobs & ponies are offered for sale to private individuals as well as our own RFEC clients. We also specialise in supplying other Riding Schools with horses that are fit and ready to work. If you are interested in any of the horses we currently have for sale, please call or text Sally directly on 07827 59 87 52 or call the yard on 01732 838717.

Please note that we only give out information on horses that we have sold to the clients that have purchased them directly from us.
Services
Riding Farm offers clients excellent facilities for schooling, jumping and hacking, as well as high-quality stabling and grazing. We have three all-weather schools - an indoor arena which is mainly used for flatwork, plus two outdoor sand schools (one of which is floodlit) which are mainly used for jumping.
Our Riding School is open every day, with indoor and outdoor lessons taking place from early morning until late evening. Tuition is provided by our BHS trained instructors. We have horses and ponies suitable for adults and children of all abilities. We are one of only a few UK riding schools to offer lessons for children under the age of four.
Find out more about the types of lesson we offer. Please note that 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations, otherwise a cancellation charge will apply. For private and semi-private lessons the cancellation charge is the full amount; for half hour group lessons it is 5; and for all other group lessons it is 10.
Our Saturday club runs every week from 10am-12pm and provides our Grade 1 & Grade 2 Practice riders with the opportunity to learn about stable management in a fun way! Each week, children will have a group riding lesson, and then learn more about what goes on 'behind the scenes'! With a different topic focus each time, these sessions are aimed at encouraging a keen interest in horse & pony care.
The Riding Farm Cross Country & Hacking course is available to hire for current liveries & loaners who have passed our Hacking Assessment. It is a requirement that riders have completed our Hacking Disclaimer for the current year. Liveries & loaners please note that it is also required that you book in with reception before using the hacking facility.

Lovely, friendly staff. All the horses and ponies were so well behaved, so perfect for a nervous child. Would thoroughly recommend this place. Easily 5 stars!

We love Riding Farm.! For anyone who is not sure about children learning to ride here, I challenge you to go and see the other stables out there. I took my daughter to see lessons elsewhere and we were really shocked by either the standard of teaching, or lack of facilities. For example, there are hardly any places with an indoor school for the bad weather. Riding Farm has it all. Furthermore, if you're looking for a Pony Party - it's the best place to be. A special mention to Michelle who always goes above and beyond for us.!

While I have had a good experience as an adult rider with an excellent consistent instructor and reliable horse, my daughter has had terrible experiences due to the riding school NOT having suitable ponies for off lead lessons or suitable safety procedures EVEN in the private 1:1 lessons. She was thrown off 3 out of the five private lessons (all with different instructors) ; the last one resulting in a severe broken arm with the pony purposely speeding up and stopping to throw her off. The other she had was not suitable for off lead either and the instructor had the good sense not to let her off

A lovely welcoming riding school. We had a riding party for my sons 7th birthday here and every mum commented on how it was the best birthday party any of them had been to.
I chose a package @£25 per child and maximum of 6 in a group.there were 2 choices 1hr riding or half hr riding and half hr grooming. I opted for the later which was perfect for an introduction to riding and long enough riding for them. They were in a small group of 6 so they all got individual attention as well as doing group activities. The children were complete beginners and by the end of the lesson confident walking and

A first class equestrian centre with fantastic facilities. The instructors are BHS trained and absolutely amazing. They cover all disciplines and hold many clinics and events. The staff work extremely hard, caring for the horses and ponies, looking after clients. It's a very friendly yard, catering for complete beginners to competitors; people go out of their way to help. Whether you're looking to buy a horse, stable your horse there, or take lessons I couldn't recommend Riding Farm highly enough!

The lead rein lessons, which I have now been told by Riding Farm "are a riding experience (advertised as a lesson on website) and are only £13 so we are only paying for the experience" for children are of an inconsistent quality, and in some cases very poorly organised. So if your looking for your child to actually learn how to ride I wouldn't recommend this riding school unless your willing to pay over £30 for a 30 minute private lesson. Also the owner is very rude.

A great yard with terrific riding facilities and livery care. My daughter has also learnt to ride here and loves the pony days they offer. All the instructors, staff and owner couldn't be more supportive and knowledgeable - highly recommended.

I can't rate Riding Farm highly enough! After a long break from riding it was a great place to pick up where I had left off. I started doing a regular Thursday evening lesson with Denise and made some great friends and really enjoyed riding a mix of amazing horses. It wasn't long before I really 'got the bug' back and met with Sally and discussed loaning a horse which was a great option for me and I loved every minute.
The staff are really what makes Riding Farm unique always friendly, helpful and encouraging. There is also a great variety of activities to get involved with including mini shows
