I have been meaning to write for ages to say how incredibly impressed I was with the service from your company. You put up with several panicky phone-calls from me and a colleague in the run-up to the trip, which you always dealt with in a calm and reassuring manner. You invoiced us very quickly and your charges were reasonable.
We are more than happy to arrange a comfort stop when booking but if required on the day of your trip just lease with the driver and they will be more than happy to factor this in. This is the same for all airport terminals, Find your way to the Charter Coach Pick Up Bay then lease with a coach marshall that will be in Hi-Vis(usually hiding somewhere) He then will notify the coach park that you are waiting and will release your coach.

My son Samuel is picked up & taken to school by one of your mini coaches. The driver is very friendly. The escorts on there are all lovely too. There is one very special lady called Jenny, 💓 who is very dedicated to all the children on the bus. Sadly we have heard that she is leaving and that has made my Samuel & myself very sad to know this. She is a very special lady & we are so going to miss her 😢
