Paolos Pizzas

Uncooked pizza. Ham half cooked and looked like a bad tan line. Chips uncooked and drier than the Sahara desert. Middle of the pizza was colder than Ireland in 2010s winter. Had to cook at home in the oven to… make it edible. Refused to offer us a complimentary pizza on our next visit. £15 to cook my own takeaway😂😂 It goes without saying we won’t be back lol

Took an hour and a half for delivery. lied and said it was in the way and it wasn't. eventually arrived and it was freezing.

I don't usually post reviews especially bad ones but this was horrible.The chicken boxes are usually good enough in Paolos in town but this was Hatmore. First had to wait an eternity for them to answer the phone. Raw chips...threw it in the bin. How do people not know how to cook chips. Maybe there's something wrong with the thermostat. But it's not the first time this has happened in this branch. It's a pity should be much better. I think the owner employs people he knows instead of employing people who can cook. Dire 🤮

If your from Derry or visiting Derry, make sure you stop off and try a chicken box! Or even a chicken box pizza! Easily the nicest take away option to get in this city !

Absolutely shocking! Ordered at half 5 cannot get through when I do I get told the delivery is out and all… another half an hour of waiting message the page and the response was “I can’t help you,” “are you sure your order went through” brilliant way to solve an issue … won’t be ordering again!!

Can't make pizza to requirement especially as the person has allergy, pizza chef needs to learn how to read,

Ask for garlic Mayo (at the side) and you’ll get garlic Mayo, kebab sauce and ketchup on your pizza.

Received wrong order on Saturday nite tried ringing they were closed. Nothing wrong with food just not what we ordered. Rang Tuesday nite for another order they remembered us from sat nite so all the order was on the house! Thanks very much Paolos customer service 💯 thanks 😊

Waited almost 2 hours for my food. Asked for no mushrooms and they covered it in mushrooms. My calzone was stuck to my box so I ended up peeling cardboard off the bottom.

I ordered from waterloo street which is the nicest but they sent my order to hatmore shop. I am absolutely disgusted with the food. But I am more angry about Paolas giving my order to another shop. I am a… paying customer if I order from a certain pizza shop that is exactly were I expect my food from. What gives you the right to send my order elsewhere. Now I am sitting with an order of food that is now in the bin and £20 down and no one has even tried to send my children food from the shop that we bloody ordered from. Sort your hatmore shop out and people wouldn’t have a preferred

Normally reliable and careful. But garlic from garlic chips all over bag, pizza folded and cold. mabye be careful if rushing especially drivers.

Absolute disgrace order a pizza and it took 2 hours to come only to be cold

Ordered from Waterloo street last night and the food was beautiful but the reason I’m writing this post is because of the honesty of the delivery driver,we paid cash for our order and didn’t realise we had given the driver a £20 note instead of a £10 note and the driver realised this and came straight back to us to return the £10 we had overpaid,it was very much appreciated,give credit were credit is due to the driver for his honesty 🍔🍟🍕 👍👌🏻🥰

Can be very busy, delivery's could take over an hr at certain times day/night. Nice food. Recommend the Chicken box pizza with coleslaw dip, 😋😋

What a waste of money, got the wrong pizza sent to my house, had to wait another 30mins for it to be replaced. I was hoping the replacement would be nice and hoped I could enjoy it with my chips but no, pizza was burnt and my friends also have said their pizza was burnt. Lets get onto the FROZEN chips, frozen chips are not nice! Fresh potato chips are the way forward, I couldnt even finish the chips they were that dry and burnt! Was like eating the sand in the desert! Its sometimes good mostly bad, I hated my food and will never eat out of it again

Here's what great about Paolo's: It's open & serving food way after the dining establishments stop serving in this town. And they deliver. And, it's not awful.

But, beyond that, go in with your expectations leveled. It's just carry-out ("take-away," as it's called here) pizza etc. It's nothing special. It's food in your belly after drinking. Let's leave it at that.

Placed order online for collection 20 minutes before arriving to collect, still ended up waiting a further 20 minutes while other customers came in placed orders and got before me. Then arrived home to a freezing cold chicken box that had to go in the bin. that is my last visit.

Don't usually do this but the service this evening was shocking. Placed an order and must have stood 50 mins in the shop waiting with my daughter, while at least 6 other people and orders came and went. Also don't stick your finger in my garlic bread to check if it is still warm, at least not in full view of me. I obviously wasn't the only ones happy, two other girls left just in front of me and had been there before me -for very basic orders. The girl proceeded to mutter under her breath, sorry for the delay, because the shop was packed. Not again for me - just not good enough! 1 star is a compliment

If u could give a 0 i would to start with service was terrible from the girl that took my order. had to go back to get what i ask for so i eventually got my chips and 3 sauces in a tup and a baked potato with a side salad... soo where do i start my chip werent fully cooked and the bake potato heated in the microwave now if am payin 4.50 i would like it done in the oven as the reason its called a (baked potato) so i cut it open and its was black a mushy never got anything like it in my life.

Very average pizzas based on the prices. I don't really rate this place and would go somewhere else for pizza. Even many supermarket pizzas tasted better than the ones I had here.
