I ordered 17 photos and they gave me 6 when I went to collect them. When I left and saw my order was incomplete I called them and the lady was extremely insensitive and told me to come collect them on Saturday. The photos were a gift for Friday evening and I had left the area already. She later found the photos on her desk. Unprofessional service and when asked for a refund unable to process it over the phone or online stated I would have to return to the shop.

The owner was kind and to the point. If you know what you are after and have the files you would like to print, then you will not be disappointed by the quality. At this time of year my usual printers was away on holiday, so I decided to try here. The owner was happy to do a test print (which I would strongly recommend everyone does). You can tell they have been in Wembley and printing a long time by the equipment they have. If I have another printing job in the future I'm more than happy to use them again. As others have mentioned, the price is a little on the high side, however, I would like
