They do this by running an approvals scheme for wood and multifuel burning stoves (and fuels) that are considered suitable for use inside a "smokeless zone". If you live in any major UK town or city, you live in such a zone! DEFRA approved stoves tend to be quite a bit more expensive than other stoves and we sell some models that are DEFRA approved for those people that want to buy one.

Please don't use this company let me down 4 times with the worst excuses first time can we come tomorrow, then roofer twisted his ankle then can't go on roof cause it's raining then roofer cancelled on him cause of family problems. I've wasted 2 weeks and had a mess in my house all Christmas and new year because of these , got my money back in the end. Please please don't use them send your money on a proper company.
