I had been struggling with a hamstring problem for a couple of months and after seeing other physios nothing was working. When I seen Luke he was able to let me know what I had been doing wrong! He was able to point me in the right direction and I am now on the road to recovery. He was so thorough and attentive with so much knowledge. I couldn’t recommend enough.

I highly recommend North Down Chiropractic.
Luke is an encyclopaedia of knowledge about the anatomy and understanding your body and looking after it.
I have only been attending for a few weeks but already he has equipped me with the tools to progress with recovery independently witch is always a great instead of telling me I have to keep coming back to the clinic for treatment.
Anyone who is looking for a long-term solution to a problems and not just a quick fix should go to the clinic and especially luke!

I’ve only had two sessions with Luke so far, but I’ve just come home after an appointment and started crying because I’m not in pain and it feels so strange and amazing.
After 10 years of lower back pain, with the last 6 months - 1 year being constant pain, my doctors not investigating beyond x-rays, I can’t describe just how incredible it is to walk without it hurting! I cannot rate this clinic highly enough! I was recommended by a GP friend for ongoing neck and shoulder pain about 7 years ago now. At the time I worked at a desk, chained to a computer.... As others have stated, Luke is a mine of information and brutally honest (in the nicest possible way). He has educated me on how to notice signs of problems and how to manage my condition/ailments. I also have regular massage therapy with Helen which is invaluable. I have found all staff to be polite and helpful. A well run practice by an excellent team and definitely value for money.
