By 2013, the first store opened in London and shortly after expanded to Paris and New York in 2014. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, no dispatch notice or notification of delay. Uncontactable.
Please don't palm me off with "christmas" getting in the way. I sell products too, and always keep my customers informed of any potential delays.
I'll give it a couple more days after the new year, and then go for a refund via their payment provider.

I don't usually write reviews. I must get twenty requests every week to write them. But in the case of iMakr I decided to write one. In short they are just good at their job. They are polite, helpful and I keep looking for the catch! There doesn't seem to be one. I have bought two 3d printers from them over two years and in both cases all the staff have been terrific. I have no hesitation in recommending them

I purchased a Peopoly Phenom 3D printer from iMakr, they have been friendly and helpful from first contact. The printer arrived later than expected due to the current Covid-19 situation. It did arrive securely packaged in good condition and was relatively easy to set up.
Support and after market sales have been excellent would thoroughly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a professional 3D printer

Imagine a company, with the highest level of incompetence and dishonesty, that you possible can. Now double that metal image. You are now imagining close to the reality of Imakr.
We purchased a printer, the printer is unfit for purpose, did not work as advertised, tech support cant resolve.
IMakr only offer refunds after taking a maybe-legal "restocking fee of 20%", in this case; over £1000 in "fees"
I returned the faulty printer to them and begrudgingly accepted this fee, only since I was promised a "prompt refund" by IMakr management. Over one month since the printer was returned, there was
