We are a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants originally established in 2002 by Loraine Sullivan FCCA. Drawing on her experience of having worked for a variety of local businesses, ABM offers accountancy and taxation services to businesses in the Teesside area and beyond. This nationwide service covers all of the end of year filing obligations for Companies House, corporation tax and PAYE and even includes monthly PAYE returns and quarterly vat returns where applicable. Basic personal self-assessment tax returns for the shareholders are also included in the fee where required.

I’m a self employed sole trader. I was struggling to keep my accounts in order and needed an accountant to complete my yearly tax return. AMB helped me to understand and effectively manage my own accounts. Using the QuickBooks software I can easily upload expenses, invoice customers and keep track of my accounts all year round.
