I paid for a suitcase to be delivered by the 23rd. I did not arrive. Tracking showed it was now not due for delivery till the 29th. I explained to customer services that I would not be in the country to receive the item on the 29th and they needed either to bring delivery forward or cancel. Their customer service agent said they fully understood how I felt and asked me to be patient and wait for my delivery on the 29th. Later they asked me to confirm if I was asking to cancel. Kin useless.

Yodel delivery driver was supposed to leave a card but we live in warden controlled flat so no parcel and no card left ,can't even get in touch with them ,very very poor service ,good job we have tracking number .NOT a service we would recommend . No one contact it I see him out side when go out side his gone is very poor the deliver driver

Horrific working conditions and hours, you might get a break every couple of hours or so if you're lucky, no health and safety training whatsoever despite having to fill in a mountain of paperwork. Also if you're working with an agency you're not allowed to use the lockers but you can't bring your belongings into the warehouse. Don't expect to be paid very much as you'll only get 4 hour shifts a few days a week, sometimes 6. Oh and absolutely nothing done to help integrate new workers, mostly foreign workforce, some of whom don't even speak English properly. Even though I was sent an advert with

If there was a zero option, I would have given them zero. I paid extra for a next day delivery since the 31st July and still not received item. Yodel has refused to deliver and kept lying they couldn't locate my property. Then they give you very odd hours like 19 -21 what company does deliveries at night? I don't get it

Working or worked idk yet. Horrible working conditions, the people unloading and loading the lorries don't get a single break. They are forced to work hours on end lifting heavy items without a single break. Whereas all the people who stare at the CCTV cameras to tell people where to go get breaks. The facility is absolutely filthy, you can't bring in your own food as far as I'm aware. Do not use this company for delivery.

Absolutely useless would definitely never use this company again gave them one star you can't give less after many hours trying to communicate with them asking where's my order they tell me they've delivered it the day before (liars)there going to ask the delivery driver were they delivered to I'm not holding my breath for a speedy response beware of this company

One of the worst delivery company especially in Hatfield. They don’t provide you with a safety induction and what to do especially for a agency driver. Security are pretty much useless and brain dead, they love to report any driver for infringements. Have of the staff don’t even wear full PPE and uniform, some of the staff love to wear tracksuit. Your pretty much given a post code and the business name and your on your own and if something does happen, you likely to get the blame.
Most Drivers are likely to get 2 to four runs and you’ll most likely to do Trailer swaps or Collections.

Not good. Waited all day for parcel. Apparently tried to deliver and left a calling card. I had even messaged the driver to ask when the parcel will be delivered. No calling card left and no one knocked all day. 3 adults in the house and a dog that barks with slight know. So I know full well the driver didn't knock. Really needed the parcel today as well.

Really, really poor service! No one to contact when they have the wrong address info. Called to try and check all was ok. Automated line so no help there. Spoke with Webchat who just apologise but do nothing to actually help. Whilst I was speaking with her the driver sailed past. Didn't attempt anything. No card. This was around 11am when tracker said it was between 3-5pm. Wouldn't touch this company with a 10ft clown pole! I have informed the seller who hired them for this 24HR delivery. This is day two of waiting, roll on day three and more lies and time wasted. NB:I would have given
