Streamline Accident Repair Centre

My car insurance company booked repairs following a minor collision through Streamline. Naturally, I was slightly concerned that I wasn't able to choose the service provider myself but needn't have worried. A totally professional outfit, their friendly staff kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Most importantly, the work carried out was flawless! Highly recommended. Many thanks

Customer service received from this company was terrible. Car was involved in a RTA insurance company arranged Streamline to collect, repair and return vehicle. No updates received from them, no information of delivery was communicated until I chased them, they then claimed they had called and left voice messages but I had received nothing. The lady I spoke with was so rude. Why wouldnt I want my own car back? Job done on the car is subpar, paint started peeling off almost 6 months later, you can also clearly see the difference in paint colour and finish is terrible wipe marks almost like they

I took a gamble with Streamline after finding them via google.
I must write this review as the service I received was actually outstanding 5*.
So I needed a new headlamp for my car, salesman Andy went to the trouble of finding me 3 separate options for different prices etc.
He assisted me with every part of the process, and saved me money everywhere he could, I left very happy.
The work was predicted to be 2 hours and was finished in 1.5 hours, not a bad word to say, hugely recommended, thank you Andy and Streamline team.

Streamline were recommended by esure insurance to repair a previous repair (paint issue). Having seen some cowboys in this business first hand, I can put your mind at ease and assure you they were brilliant. They discussed all aspects of the job, great communication, pick up and delivery of vehicle, very professional. Even sent photos of the work in progress. Car looks great. Highly recommended!

Streamline are outstanding! I’m so very pleased I went with Esure’s recommendation for my car repair. Streamline’s level of communication was excellent at all times (Cathy and Nicola thank you, and thank you to the charming mechanic who was so patient with my questions) they were organised, helpful, clear and friendly, and the standard of the repair work was brilliant. Our car looks so good it’s like having a new one all over again. Huge appreciation for excellent customer service!

Absolute cowboys, they returned my car 'repaired' with the same crashed and bent sub frame and cracked headlight which they tried to hide by grinding it down rather than replacing.
Paintwork is appalling, they had my car for 6 months because they are greedy, shameless and rude with no respect for your car. Dust everywhere inside the car, over spray because they paint parts in the middle of the workshop and not in a paint booth and use your cars body as a toolbox. I saw another customers brake calipers dangling by it's pipes. Your car will for sure come out with more scratches and dents as mine

I was slightly concerned about being forced to use a particular repair centre by my insurance company, rather than select one for myself, but in the case of Streamline I needn't have worried. The whole team from owner Michael downwards - repair technicians, reception staff, delivery drivers etc. - were friendly, professional and went out of their way to help in whatever way they could. My repair was completed on time and to a high standard.

A REAL CLASS ACT !!!!!!
I had my vehicle side swiped and badly damaged just two weeks before a long planned family “driving” holiday.
Kids absolutely gutted !
Needing 2, new, n/s doors,wing and repairs and paintwork to the entire side and both bumpers I did not have much hope of getting our car back in time.
With the insurance company dragging their heels wasting over two full days of possible repair time, STREAMLINE took over dealing directly with insurance company after i had explained our desperate position to the AMAZING office team.

Having reported this to the insurance the speed and efficiency in them dealing with my claim were second to none. They arranged collection of my car, at my convenience, from my work address which appeased any further stress and any additional time delays.
