Thank you Novaglass for all the work your team have done for us; adjusting windows and replacing window/door handles as well as replacing entire window units.
The team at Novaglass are always helpful and prompt and all the jobs have been very reasonably priced. . The quality of the work is excellent. No job is too big or small for them. We won’t be going anywhere else for our glazing!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the new hallway window and the French doors that were installed yesterday. We are extremely happy with how they look and thought Dan (the fitter) was fantastic – very polite, tidy and lovely to have in our home. His attention to detail was excellent.

Having been impressed with the window fitting in December 2019, by February 2020 there was new leaking around the bathroom window, which had been sealed by Novaglass. Unfortunately we went in to lock down, so no one was available to come and see until today, when one of the Directors came. He had a very unpleasant and aggressive manner. He took no responsibility for the leak, and I had to ask him to leave as he became rude, repetitive and surly. I mind more about his behaviour than whose problem the leak is.
I now regret having recommended Novaglass to friends.

We have just had our old windows replaced with double glazing. They didn’t have an easy job once they started as it is an old house but they made sure everything was put right and back to brand new. One window was faulty and they have arranged to replace straight away. Excellent customer service and an excellent fitter Laurence Welch who took his time and cared about his work. I couldn’t recommend him and the company Novaglass
