We are a family run business and the comprehensive level of service we offer demands the expert financial planning skills which we have built up over 30 years in the financial service industry. When seeking financial advice it is best to speak to someone who is not limited to offering products or services from only one company.
Buying a property is the largest single transaction in most people's lives. Arranging the mortgage can be a stressful and time consuming experience with many high street lender only prepared to see you in their premises during the normal working hours, probably when you are at work yourself. We will see you in your home, or at our offices, at a mutually convenient time and offer extended daytime hours and evening appointments if required.
It is easy to think "it will never happen to me", especially when we are feeling fit and healthy. But sometimes, without warning life throws the unthinkable at us. Finding out that you have an illness is devastating, but discovering that you don't have the right insurance plan in place to help you get through it financially just doesn't bear thinking about.

I had some unusual requirements for the mortgage that DFP have arranged for me. They clearly explained the difficulties I might face and were able to offer me a number of options. I went with their advice and all has worked out perfectly. Also, I needed this done in the shortest possible time. Success! Thank you. BTW we are not related; at least as far as I have traced my family history.

He was very reassuring about everything, answered every question we had even out of hours. So it was nice knowing he was always there:).

We approached Davies FPL on the recommendation of a family member when we needed to renew our mortgage and were very pleased with the service we received. Robin was very easy to work with and he provided us with options that enabled us to reduce monthly repayments in line with our budgetary requirements and free up equity to allow us to perform home renovations. Robin made it simple and clear to understand all of the options available to us and always had time to answer any queries we had.

Really pleased with the advice I have received, Robin helped me organise our family life insurance. He also had a look at our home mortgage renewal... and he was extremely helpful with that, even advised us that we already had the best deal on the market with our current supplier! I will certainly return to Robin/Davies Financial at our renewal in three years time so he can review our situation and make sure we get the best deal again, whether it's through one he has found for us, or even if he advises us to stay with our current deal.
