Services
We are a specialist firm situated in Woodhall Spa, near Lincoln, Lincolnshire, within the East Midlands, England, designing and making individual items of furniture and restoring furniture clocks and barometers. Using traditional craftsmen's methods and techniques, passed from one generation to another, we turn your ideas into furniture of a quality associated more with sought after antiques than with 21st century production.
Final polishing of a restored Dutch marquetry commode by Michael Czajkowski, the present owner of the firm, Edmund Czajkowski & Son Ltd. We are specialist conservators and restorers of all kinds of furniture. In our workshops at Woodhall Spa near Lincoln in Lincolnshire within the East Midlands, England, we conserve and restore antique furniture, both English and continental.
Upholstery is a part of our restoration service but we have also made new upholstered furniture. This is usually found in the form of dining and easy chairs. Situated in Woodhall Spa, near Lincoln, Lincolnshire, within the East Midlands, England, we upholster antique furniture in the manner in which it would have been upholstered originally.
We use traditional craftsman's techniques to create individually designed carved village signs and other items of public furniture. Each item is designed to reflect individual features of your village or the occasion which the item commemorates. We work with parish, town councils, and schools producing drawings to illustrate what the final piece will look like.
