I taked my Mercedes S-class to MOT on October,the car fail on emission,the guy adviced to take out to motorway for a ride and he put some injector cleaner to my fuel ,the tank was just half and I mentioned to him ,he said no poblem. After 10 min drive my car broke down,had to call recovery and take to garage.
The problem:need fuel pump-engine-catalytic converter replaced. So I had to sell my car for spare/non runner.

I aborted my choice of using Merityre’s since the Manager or guy in charge was so rude to his staff member in front of me. The staff member was dealing with my query and he just burst in and talked to his employee. Poor chap was so embarrassed for his boss. Guy needs customer care training plus hiw yo talk to his staff.

These guys are great!
I love that you can just turn up and they'll fit you in. They're quick, professional and they do a great job. The prices are very reasonable. I have so far had safety checks and tyre replacement done and been very pleased with the service. I am looking forward to bringing my car here in a few months when my service and MOT are due!

My car was pulling to one side and I was told it was the tyres causing the problem. I called and spoke to Johnny who told me to come in and he'd check. On checking he said simply changing the tyres around on the vehicle would solve the problem. He changed them around and the problem was solved. They made no charge saying it was a good will gesture - how good is that!
