We offer a comprehensive range of treatments for a wide variety of injuries and conditions. Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Sometimes called Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Spinal Mobilisation Techniques are hands-on passive oscillatory movements of the bones of the spine (the vertebra).
This specialised branch of physiotherapy deals with injuries specifically related to sport. Acupuncture is derived from ancient Chinese medicine. Fine needles are inserted at specific points around the body to relieve pain and stimulate the healing process. Pilates is a balanced blend of low impact strength and flexibility exercises that improve posture, increase flexibility and core strength.

Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease.
Sometimes called Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Spinal Mobilisation Techniques are hands-on passive oscillatory movements of the bones of the spine (the vertebrae). They create movement of the joint surfaces and can also gap the joints themselves. The goal is to increase movement of the spinal segments and relieve pressure on pain inducing structures around the spine (nerve roots, intervertebral discs, ligaments).
Sports people will often put high demands on their bodies to attain the high level of performance they strive for. This causes stress on the bones, joints and muscles and on occasions injury will occur. With quick clinical diagnosis, appropriate and effective treatment, rehabilitation and most importantly prevention of recurrence you will return to your desired sport as quickly as possible.

Following many years of neck pain which then spread to the back of my head I visited Bradley Physio. Within a couple of days of visiting James the pain had completely gone. I have been given exercises to carry out at home which are certainly helping and the treatment by James at the clinic is fantastic. All Covid guidelines are being strictly adhered to so I felt very safe . In terms of what had caused the pain, James explained in full and showed me on a model of a spine what the issue was. I would recommend Bradley Physio to anyone with the slightest twinge and wish I had gone many years before

A genuine caring and professional attitude, I would whole heartedly recommend the excellent physiotherapy service that Patrick provides at Bradley Physio. From my initial assessment last September and then subsequent referral by Patrick to The Spire Hospital for shoulder surgery, referral for a steroid injection for my other shoulder, along with all of the extensive physio treatment, support and expert advice I have received throughout, he has been there every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Bradley Physio to anyone.

Saw Bradley and others in the clinic about 15 years ago after an RTA, like others who have 1 started i was really annoyed with the 10 minutes they spend with you for a 30/40 min booking. They would double triple book and spend their time jumping from one patient to another whilst leaving you with a hot bag on your back to heat up muscles for the 10 minutes of work they do. I've seen many physios since and the rest have all been great and spent the allocated time with you and not some other patient.

Thank you to James and Patrick for the well needed physio on my neck. I was in agony from an old injury but with the professional treatment I received I have recovered well and feel 100% better. The full team at the practice are very friendly and very professional. The practice has excellent covid friendly measures in place and I would recommend this service to my family and friends. I wouldn't hesitate to return If I ever needed to.
Thank you everyone.
