We employ over 10 full time staff and are fully insured and safety accredited. Just phoned up for a quote and was met with a rude and unprofessional reply. It was "far too hot" to think about the date I had in mind and they were not prepared to give me a quote. A better reply might have been, can we get back to you ? I have passed this on to one of their really good customers who recommended them. Dreadful.

Hired a marquee for our wedding and were delighted. BSW were helpful and practical during the planning stages, and the crew who arrived to put up and strike the marquee were friendly, patient with my need for diagrams and helped us out with a couple of things that would have taken us hours to do alone! Whole-heartedly recommend them.
