Booked two taxis with this company, both short journeys within the town of liphook. The lady on the phone quoted me 18 pounds for the first (a ten minute drive) and 27 pounds for a journey of a mile which would take 4 minutes! Thought it was a bit steep but she assured me i would struggle to book a cab with another company for the time i was requesting.
Well i did manage to book another cab with another local company. They quoted me 16 pounds for both journeys. Absolutely ridiculous prices and it looks like im not the first person they've tried to pull this one on
Avoid like the plague.

Rudest taxi driver I've ever had the misfortune of talking to. Quoted me £40 for a short journey, when questioned on the ridiculous quote she admitted this was 'a guess' before hanging up on me, mid-conversation. I was then quoted £17 by Liphook Cars. Seriously, don't waste your time and give Liphook Cars a call instead

Absolutely horrific to say the least. Extremely rude and unhelpful woman who caused us to miss a flight. Booked a taxi for the airport at a specific time. Taxi then arrived to tell us we could not go to the airport or even to the train station and she has booked other people at the same time. Then refused to take us anywhere at all and was extremely rude, leaving us stranded in Liphook with a flight to catch. HORRENDOUS service. Avoid.

Literally the most amazing service you can imagine..we had been at a wedding at Old Thorns in Liphook, got a taxi home with a firm from Alton (where we live)? Upon getting home we realised we'd left a coat which had our house keys in the pocket at the venue in Liphook. Su couldn't have been more helpful and she sent her husband (at 00.30) to go to Old Thorns to pick up the coat and drive it all the way to Alton (about 15 miles). Amazing service that we wouldn't have got from anyone else. Thank you Apple Cabs

Well, this was an interesting phonecall...
After asking for a taxi, I was told that we would be better walking the 3 miles, in the rain, at 2am. Clearly this lady should not be working at a taxi company, she should be working at a gym. Although I appreciate her concern for my physical fitness, I would much rather stay dry and get home safe. Absolutely terrible customer service. Why be a taxi driver and tell people to walk? AVOID

Very displeased with the service. Cab pulled up early - only upside to the service by the looks of it. The driver did not make themselves known, nor make any attempt to help us with our luggage, apart from a few comments such as "Put the luggage in the back" when we put our bags on the seats of the van (we had no idea what to do, first time with this company), and "Every car has a boot" when we asked where she wanted us to put the luggage. Driver effort was overall minimal, seems like the job to the driver meant sitting around in the driver seat while people load and unload

Avoid! She drove, I paid. No answer to my good morning, had to negotiate myself and ask for everything like how to get into back rows of seats, open boot (with driver's personal belongings in it, anyway) no communication whatsoever from driver to the extend that she stops if front of your house and waits saying completely nothing, my change was dropped because she doesn't look at you when hands you the money so had to ask her to find the change as never got into my hand. Most horrible taxi service in my life, all family felt very uncomfortable in HER taxi.
