With 15 years of experience in managing rental properties in Edinburgh and East Lothian, Laidlaw Lettings was founded by Susan Laidlaw in 2012. The charge for a turnaround between guests (cleaning and laundry) is from 50 and is dependent on the size of the property. We have a number of landlords who wish only the turnaround service, so we can meet the needs of any landlord. Laidlaw Lettings has been a godsend to me. I started to use them to do the changeover for my holiday let flat in Edinburgh when it became difficult for me to continue to do it myself.
Fabulous one bedroom property located in Edinburgh's highly popular Stockbridge and within walking distance of some of Edinburgh's attractions. The property comprises of living room with small sofabed, as well as a boxroom currently set up as a study area, modern fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom with excellent storage space and well fitted bathroom.
