Initially Neil was a very patient and reassuring instructor and I thank him for the months of great teaching that I received. However I failed my first driving test, he dropped me off at home, and that was the last I heard from Neil unfortunately. I attempted to contact him to arrange further lessons several times via text, phone, and email, without success. I had to cancel the test I had rescheduled, and never received any explanation. As a consistent customer of many months, this was very disappointing and even quite hurtful. I still see him around town with students occasionally so I have no
