From a humble beginning with just six vehicles, their hard work and determination saw this rise to over 50 vehicles within the first year of trading, and now operating over 200 vehicles. To this day Anne remains our Managing Director and still is very much hands on within the business. In 1998 the second franchised location was opened in Norwich with a view of competing for a market share within the city.

Very pleased with our choice to hire from Norwich car hire. Phoned at short notice to hire a car for 5 days. James was very helpful and arranged a Renault Captur to be delivered to us at the campsite. Car was very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. I was pleased to see a full tank of fuel. So much easier than those that are almost empty. Car was also collected from us which was ideal for us. Only disappointment was I didn't get the discount I was promised. Would definitely use this company again if in this area. Highly recommended.

Forget the big car hires when you need a car in town and use Norwich car hire. They are extremely helpful reliable and competitive. On a first day of a holiday my car broke down and in desperate need to salvage some holiday these guys came to the rescue. My own car was ready a day earlier than I thought so was able to return the car earlier. There was no problem and credited me a days hire a few days later. Thanks to Paul who run me to pick up my car from the garage as I had no idea where I was !
