I have had a storage unit with these guys at Sutton Coldfield for just over a year now as my move took longer than expected, however, I have felt that my items stored went kept in a fantastically sized and spaced unit, kept dry and secure.
The staff were also fantastic helps, any questions were never too much for them! Lovely blonde lady helped out a lot many times on my move out date too!!

This has been my first experience of using self storage and Ryan at Cookes has made it easy and enjoyable. Everything was clearly explained to me and the process has been really smooth between going ahead with the storage and having my things collected and stored. Yes the price is more then other self storage option, however, the customer service and facilities are 5*, i'd recommend Ryan and Cookes self storage to anyone. Thankyou!

Absolutely amazing, Ryan, one of the workers, has been one of the most helpful and kind people I have ever seen. Extremely kind, helpful with everything I needed, and hired a moving service with extremely professional movers. He deserves all the credit from the incredible experience I have had with Cooke’s Storage Unit. I am very appreciative of his work.
