Sadly, we have had a really bad experience with this store buying tiles. Worst customer experience we’ve ever had. This company gave us a delivery time scale of 3 weeks, tiles did not come for almost 5 weeks. As a result we had to mess around our scheduled tiler. When asking for updates regarding our order we were told lies, given a different time scale each time which later turned out to be the store guessing rather than chasing up the order. This resulted in our tiler being delayed twice which was terrible.
