S.Noble butchers is a family run business situated in the centre of Galashiels. Proprieter Stewart Noble has more than 30years experience in the trade and prides himself in the quality of the meat he sells. All the beef and lamb are sourced locally from John Swans Auctioneers in nearby Newtown St Boswells, in the Scottish Borders.
Famous for its Steak pies (individual, medium or large) that are made freshly on the premises and have previously won a GOLD AWARD for best Steak Pie in the South East of Scotland. We make our Haggis to a secret recipe handed down over the years and as well as selling beef and pork sausages we add a speciality on a weekly basis such as Ginger and Spring Onion, New Yorker or Chorizo.
