Led by practice principals, Manish and Shilpa Chitnis, our team members pride themselves not only in their skills in dentistry, but also in their caring approach to making every visit to the practice as comfortable for you as possible.
However, NHS Registrations have now been paused for the year and patients can still join the practice by becoming a practice member for just 11.50 per month. We understand having dental treatment done is not always on top priority for most people and one of the main hurdle is the cost. We have tried to take care of that by offering some amazing finance options like 0% finance for 12 months!
Signing up to one of our membership plans helps to remove any worry that you may have about being able to afford dental treatment at critical times. Putting off necessary treatment or failing to take preventive measures so often results in more and bigger problems and so may be detrimental to your health and well-being.

I have nearly finished my Invisalign treatment and I am so happy with the results. Dr Aditi is brilliant she is kind and patient and always takes the time to talk me through exactly what she's doing. I had a lot of work done, implants, and smile makeover. As a nervous patient, Manish and his team treated me with lots of care and patience, and made me feel comfortable. Manish has a strong passion for his job and takes great pride in his work, he is just excellent at what he does. Aftercare is also excellent. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

This is NOT a dental practice that seeks to find every conceivable way to make more money from you - some local readers will know who I am talking about.
I am fully happy with the care I have received and would not hesitate to recommend these guys and gals.

My whole experience with Dental concepts has been brilliant. What I was expecting to be a painful and emotional experience turned out to be painless and actually quite a good laugh. Dr Ryan’s sense of humour put me at ease, along with his kindness and patience. I’m no longer scared to have treatments or checkups in the future. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the team is here. I’ve been in absolute agony for 5 months due to a wisdom tooth and no one was helping me including my own registered dentist. After all these months of torture I was referred to Dental Concepts in which I explained my situation and they got me in privately the SAME DAY. The extraction was… abit tender as I had so many angry nerves exposed which caused me to have a huge panic attack in the chair - the dentist was absolutely lovely (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) and helped me through it along with giving more

Going to Dental Concepts is always an enjoyable experience. The staff are all very friendly. I started going to them as an Envisalign Client but have since used them for my regular check up and hygienist appointment. The waiting area is very nice, modern and never crowded. I would definitely recommend them.

I started my dental journey with Dr Manish, Shilpa and the team a couple of years ago.
I had reached the point where I was losing my teeth and self confidence was rock bottom.
I needed to decide if I was going to have dentures or go down the implant route.
I had an initial consultation with Manish and after completing scans showed me an image of what could be achieved with implants.
He gave me a fixed price at the time and the journey started.
Covid caused delays as did the quality of my jaw bone, but Manish was resolute that he would deliver what was promised.

I felt I had ‘no’ hope after my top bridge of 18 years started to fail, I was turned away by 2 other dental practices, and felt desperate until I was lucky to of had Dr Manish recommended to me…he gave me an appointment within a few days as I had so much discomfort and talked me through what he could do for me with no pressure and WOW what results..a beautiful smile..
