These treatments take place in our 1st floor nail lounge, we can accommodate 3 pedicures and 3 manicures at one time, making this space the perfect choice to enjoy your treatments with friends!. Alex has always been a very good therapist. She has a very kind character and we've often had good chats. The pressure she applies has also been perfectly balanced and I'm starting to gain real lifestyle benefits (in the way of reducing stress) from the treatments. I'm going to miss not being able to come in for regular time outs but will definitely come back if I can. I have had 3 massages now with Alex at profiles and I wouldn’t go anywhere else or have anyone else! She really knows how to make me feel so much better and has really helped me to stop having so much back pain! I have now booked in with her until the end of the year.

Love love having treatments at Profiles, have been a customer for so many years, everyone so kind, helpful and friendly. Always enjoy my facials with Kate, she goes through all the different procedures and is ready to offer any advice you might need with any skin problems if any. I usually have a course which encourages me to keep up with regular facials although that has been difficult with all that’s gone on last 16 months. Spent a lovely afternoon at the salon at the weekend. I was visiting my sister who lives locally and we wanted a bit of pamper time and we were both accommodated to have gel manicures and pedicures at the same time. Vicki did an amazing job on my neglected feet and am over the moon with my nails. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped in the door and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely be booking in again next time I down.

Today I experienced the new clarins beauty sleep wellness treatment with therapist Hannah. From start to finish it was extremely relaxing and calming. I can’t recommend it enough. It’s now 7 hours after my treatment and I am still feeling relaxed and my skin feels amazing. Thank you Hannah. All the girls at Profiles are so lovely always happy and welcoming, it’s a lovely place to have treatments. Enjoy your chocolates girls xx
