Our concern is to look after your dental health with professional services on a personal basis, treating people, not just teeth and keeping at the forefront of modern techniques. When joining the practice you will be allocated to a dentist, you can request a specific dentist depending on availability.

Hygienists that are specially trained in the prevention and treatment of gum disease (periodontal), which is the main cause of adult tooth loss and to give advice on all aspects of oral health. Our friendly and fully trained assistants at Poole Lane Dental Practice provide a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant clean environment.
On your first visit to Poole Lane Dental Practice we conduct an initial examination as well as any necessary X-Rays and medical history. We then discuss your dental needs and together determine your personal treatment plan. We understand how daunting a dental visit can be - that is why we like to know about your apprehensions, so that together we can find the best method of treatment for your particular needs.

I live in Southampton but don't mind traveling to Poole Lane Dental Practice because I can get there the best possible care.
Dr Karim Barsoum is a great professional, who can help not only adults but also young children like my daughter.
The nurces and the receptionists have always been kind and patient with me and my family.

Very happy with the dentist who saw myself and my two children. Was surprised to be told that my children couldn't use the toilet there because of Covid. As we were already in the practice and seeing a dentist (getting close to staff) I thought it would have been reasonable to allow a 5 year old to use the loo.

I am an NHS patient but I got a full 15 minute appointment for a checkup. The dentist was very through even did x-rays to make sure there was nothing going on under my fillings.
They practice very strong covid restrictions so I felt very safe there. They were cleaning everything after everyone touched anything all the time.
I would definitely recommend this dentist practice to anyone. 😊

The best dentist practice I have ever been to. The ladies on reception are extremely diligent, even to cleaning pens after use. They are most courteous and helpful. Dentists are kind and considerate of people, like me, who are scared to go to them for treatment. I can’t say I enjoy it, who can? But, I can say they take my fear away and I have never had such caring treatment.

The staff are very polite and helpful, i am a new patient there and I am very happy that they could tell me what needs to be done and how fast they can do it! Also, the promotion they have now for new patients is a bargain. I will continue going here as i do appreciate them. I highly recommend! Just make sure when you book your appointment, that you ask for the address because they are 2 Poole Dental Practices and it's very easy to get confused and go to the wrong one.
