If we decided to make an electric version of the Addict RC, it wasn't to make things easier. No, we wanted to make things tougher. To make climbs higher, longer, steeper. To get you out of the house earlier, and back home later. Light, performant, and just as capable as its world tour sibling, the Addict eRIDE is a revelation to the world of cycling.

Services
Cyclelogical was established in 2009, always fully independent and family owned. One of the first shops in the country to offer a live service & repair online booking system, linked directly to our workshop availability. We are very proud of our workshop, it's the beating heart of any good bike shop and are committed to providing the best service around.
Mountain bikes are great if you like tackling rough terrain & can really be used for anything, although there low gearing & higher weight can make them harder going & slower on road than all the other options. Road bikes generally sacrifice upright comfort for lightweight aerodynamic speed and distance, if your going to ride with other people on road bikes you will need something similar to have a better chance of keeping up.
We're a full service bike shop, offering everything from a puncture repair to a complete rebuild, including suspension forks and shocks. All of this takes place in store, at our recently upgraded, significantly expanded, bicycle repair workshop, in the showroom on East Street, Crewkerne, Somerset. We have highly skilled mechanics to take care of any of your bicycling needs.

I Bought My Ralley Captus + Electric Bicycle 🚲 With A Bosch Motor A Few Years Ago Or So. £1'700 A Very Good Price. It Gets Me To West Bay And Back. It Wouldn't Get Me To Lyme Regis And Back Or Charmouth And Back. The Upgrade I Need Is £3'000. It's Going To Be Awhile Before Can Afford To Upgrade. One Day When I Get Round To It I Will Upload A Photo Of It With My Review Here. It Has Served Me Well And Still Does. I Have Only Had It Serviced Twice In All The Years I Have Had It.

Having received very good service before, I was very disappointed to find out, a bike I had asked to be reserved had been sold. I had taken my other Scott Gravel Bike in for a service, and had discussed part exchanging my road bike against this new 21 Road Bike. I was just told it was sold, no apology, no embarrassment and very unprofessional. Don’t think I will be returning for any other purchases.

Took my road bike after reclaiming it from garage after about 2 years of no riding. It had a trainer tyre fitted and was looking very sorry for itself. 3 days later bike is back totally serviced, new cables and gears and brake set up. After 50 km of riding this week it’s riding better than it ever has (brought second hand) and I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Guys in the shop know their stuff, there’s no flannel, they won’t sell you anything you don’t need (I was debating buying a computer, I’m now using Strava on my iPhone based on chatting with them and identifying what

Have been using cyclelogical for a few years now, with the purchase of four ebikes in that time. two haibikes, a merida and a scott.
can't fault the service, any issues sorted promptly.
just waiting arrival of new shimano battery under warranty, even though the merida is now over two and half years old.
Barry contacted Madison , the distributors, cheekily, with a warranty claim, six months outside the normal two years and they have agreed a free replacement. At £500 a battery i think its a great result.
thanks to Barry and Tim

Would just like to say a big thank you , as you have been so helpful, friendly and knowledgable in what is really difficult times .
Messages and questions were answers quickly and when we visited the store we felt totally safe and welcomed .
I only came in for an adults helmet , yet our little boy left your shop as a proud owner of a new bike!!!!. You were engaging, so helpful and even let him take it for a little test drive .
Couldn’t recommend Cyclelogical enough and we shall be for sure using you in the future .

I cannot speak highly enough of this lovely shop. the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. they took the time to listen to my needs and guided me through the maze of available cycles. the price i paid (£1900) for my bike was cheaper than other on line and high street outlets and it came with a two year warranty. I bought a rear light from them and the little silicon push button came loose, they did not hesitate and gave me one from another light, at a loss to themselves.
