Jon and Luci were wonderful to deal with right from the very beginning when we purchased our property. When issues occur, as they invariably do in this process, they handled things with good humour, instantly and with a huge amount of industry and local know how. Myself and my partner purchased our first home through Heartwood homes back in September. Both Jon and Luci were extremely helpful throughout the process - they were easy to get hold of and were more than happy to help with any questions we had. On completing our purchase they even gifted us with a welcome pack and cupcakes which was a really nice touch. I would definitely be more than happy to use their services again on the purchase of a future property!

We first met Jon after 6 months of (unsuccessfully) marketing our property with a large high street chain estate agency. We chose heartwood homes to sell our house as they were recommended locally. Jon came to view the house and spent time getting to know us and provided brilliant advice about how to present the house . Luci lead all our viewings with a friendly manor. We bought a house through them too, and they helped keep the chain together with regular updates, chasing solicitors and keeping in contact.
