Chiropractic is a health profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and management of mechanical problems with joints and muscles, particularly related to musculoskeletal conditions of the spine. We have a patient centred approach to our package of care. Initially we will endeavour to help relieve your symptoms and improve your mobility as quickly as we can.
Treatment will normally consist of a combination of chiropractic manipulation, massage, stretching and if necessary any other appropriate techniques such as ultrasound. Once you are feeling easier, the emphasis shifts onto what we can get you doing to help yourself - through stretching and strengthening exercises, postural and ergonomic advice.

I qualified from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a B.Sc. chiropractic in 1992. After graduation, having worked for a chiropractic clinic in Norwich for 4 years, I established the North Walsham Chiropractic Clinic in 1996. Since then the clinic has treated patients from the whole of Norfolk, particularly the areas of North Walsham, Stalham, Cromer, Sheringham, Aylsham, Wroxham, Great Yarmouth, Holt and Norwich.
Chiropractic is a health profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and management of mechanical problems with joints and muscles, particularly related to musculoskeletal conditions of the spine. Chiropractors work on many parts of the body, concentrating particularly on the spine, using their hands to perform skilled, precise manipulation or 'adjustments', often supplemented by massage and stretching.
When you meet your chiropractor for the first time, he/she will start with a discussion about you, your health and your reasons for asking for chiropractic care. You will be asked for a great deal of information, not just about the pain or complaint that may have brought you to the clinic, but about your past health history.
