.I have just purchased some urgently needed electrical equipment from this company and paid for a pre 10.30am delivery. The next morning I received a message from the courier to say we wouldn't be getting the items delivered that day. Before I had a chance to get in touch with "Essential Supplies" they called me to say there was a problem and they would sort it. They managed to source the goods from other companies local to us at their expense and get them all delivered to us that same day whilst keeping us updated.
