My dad and I are so glad to have found Andrew Jaynes just up the road from us. An initial visit with Tom, secured our interest and an investment in the bespoke craftsmanship on offer using incredible Accoya timber which should outsee us both. All of our doors and windows have just been fitted by Kieron and his hardworking team and we could not be happier with them. I don't know many others who could say that they have received such incredible and professional service without the need for any phone calls. Thank you so much :)

I just had new French doors and windows installed in my 15th century cottage by Andrew Jaynes. I cannot speak highly enough of Tom Grimer and the rest of the AJ team for their professionalism and approach through the entire procedure - which, for me, started with a guided tour of the facility where they manufacture the units near Canterbury. Highest quality product and clean, tidy installation with a minimum of fuss. I wish them every success in growing their business, and am happy to provide personal references on request.

The project : To replace five different sized windows together with a four leaf bi fold “Barn like entrance door” to the front of elevation of our property.
The property is situated in the Sandwich Conservation area .
The windows and doors are bespoke, made from Accoya hardwood , manufactured and painted at the Andrew Jaynes workshop.
We have been impressed with excellent the customer service , no pressure sales approach , realistic pricing and clear communication that has been provided by Andrew Jaynes Ltd throughout the project .

Great communication from contacting the company to going down to visit the workshop last week. Met Andrew and he showed us around, the standard is excellent and they listen to you as a customer about your needs but are also honest about there recommendations. Can't wait to get the windows now very excited.
