Wish I could give negative stars!
The most ridiculous service I have ever came across. Automatic Out Of Office responses to most of my emails. Impossible to get hold of anyone over the phone. Impossible to get any tangible responses to any questions. Terrible communication and appalling support in case of any issues. Always someone else replying to my emails on behalf of my "Personal Accountant". Makes me question if that person even still works for the company.

The service used to be exceptional when I joined 6 years ago.
Since my initial accountant left, it seems to be really going down hill... Especially now that I am about to close the company.
I have been charged for "company closure pack" on 01/04/21, which was discussed since 17/03/21.
Till now, 3 months later, no action has been taken to complete this process or at least update me on what's going on. I am constantly being told that "Your liquidations will be prepared shortly".
I am now receiving notices from Company House, HMRC and my liquidator, which I wouldn't have to worry about and chase

I have been with Intouch for just over a month now. Although I haven't been through many of the regular accounting activities yet, I feel safe & informed due their professionalism until now. I was researching a lot online to find the 'right' accounting service. After a lot of deliberation, I decided to go with Intouch as the reviews were very positive. I was very concerned with reviews of other accountants where the service degraded eventually. I read that that's not the case with Intouch - as per many reviews here. Its still very early for me to confirm that, but its been very positive until now

I'm so very happy with Intouch accounting, and especially my personal accountant (Neil) is amazing! I would never have been able to do business without him. My accountant is always super helpful and I receive answers to emails within minutes. None of my questions seem too stupid to answer. The portal is easy to navigate and is a very helpful tool

When I started contracting, I asked loads of people to recommend an accountant. Most were at best half hearted about the companies they were with. 'Once they've got you signed up, they're not interested' was the most common complaint, along with 'You get someone good to start with, then they stick a rookie on your account'. Then Intouch were highly recommended to me by a friend of a friend who has been contracting for years, so I gave them a ring. I liked the look of the website, the charges seemed reasonable and the pre-sales was friendly but not pushy, so I signed up. I received pretty good support

InTouch Accounting were recommended by a friend and they have been fantastic. As this was my first contractor role i was naive and inexperienced when it come to setting up my company and had lots of questions to which they were very helpful with. My Personal accountant (Frances Bridge), has been excellent in helping me setup my accounts and her advice has been invaluable. She responds quick to emails and is always available for a quick call. Highly Recommend!!
