Originally from the Leicestershire country side there was not many weekends that a bonfire escaped our thoughts and when you have a fire you may as well use it to cook your food. So we did. Most weekends and then the friendly competitiveness came into it, who would make the best burgers, who would make the spiciest sausage.
The Meat Thief was founded on our love for catering and entertaining and being the perfect host is what we aim to be. Whether it's a small gathering or a large corporate event we believe we have the skill set to make your event magical. With our BBQ's becoming something of a phenomenon we are constantly adding new arrivals to our menu for you to choose for your event.

We try and take a short videos when we can at events however with time precious and weather dependent we sometimes are unable to make these shorts.
Really attentive in the build up, very reasonably priced but still provided very tasty high quality food, and made the BBQ area all look very pretty which blended in with our overall look (summer fete/festival vibe). Highly recommended and genuinely all of our guests commented on how good the food was.

Just had the most amazing BBQ food in November for my birthday and on my what a taste explosion it was. The brisket was so moist and tender, the smokey Mac'n'cheese topped with pigs in blankets, i could eat that everyday, the BBQ beans, potatoes and coleslaw. You will not be disappointed.

We recently had a party in our garden for 70 guests including about 12 kids and had The Meat Thief cater for us. They were AMAZING!! They set up on our drive with serving tables in the back garden which they decorated nicely. They provided an absolute feast for us! Natasha had suggested a menu and it included everything you could ever want.. sausages, burgers, loads of tasty vegetables and vegetarian options. There was a huge selection of salads, breads and sauces. They were very accommodating with food intolerances and gave us plenty of gluten free options. We cannot say enough how tasty the food

This wonderful catering company run by Natasha and Jordan catered our wedding this summer. They went above and beyond our expectations the food was incredible and their service was first class. I can not recommend them enough if you are looking for some fun, first class and delicious wedding food you need look no further.

Natasha and Jordan provided the catering for my husbands surprise party. They were really helpful in suggesting menu options and organising things before the day. On the day they set up early and we didn't have to do anything. The food itself was amazing, lots of guests commented that it was one of the best BBQ caterers they had seen. Everything was cleared away and made easy, best of all it was excellent value. I would recommend them to anyone.
