Got to love Simon. He's so casual yet professional at the same time. Clearly a perfectionist, he critiques his own work until he's happy as well. So happy with him that my 4 children and I go to him specifically for a cut.
But overall it must be said that all the staff we've used so far have been fantastic. Can't fault any of them. Always make you comfortable and relaxed. Love the atmosphere and of course, the coffee ☕. Ooooh and the head massage 💆♀️. It's just wonderful!!!

I love my visits and have been going to Vince since they opened nearly 20 years ago. Everyone is lovely and welcoming and it is a very comfortable environment. I'm always pleased with my hair and it feels like I'm visiting friends. Good coffee too! Highly recommended.

Liz-Anne is absolutely amazing. I love love love my bright white blonde hair. Her attention to detail is unlike anything I have seen before and I have never been happier with the results. She was so lovely to chat to and remembered my story from the last visit, felt very special :) She is a credit to your team and I’ll be back again soon!

I felt well looked after by Amy from beginning to end. She’s very friendly and knows what’s she’s doing. My results exceeded my expectations. I walked out with a completely new style that was finished with love. I don’t often walk away from hairdressers happy but this was a great experience and the full package. Amy didn't disappoint. She took the time to do a lengthy consultation and discussed how my hair would take to the colors and whether I wanted low or high maintenance hair. Fantastic from start to finish!
i think it was Alice who washed my hair, did the best ever scalp massage thank you 😊
